About Us
FJ PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (M) SDN BHD (FJPMSB) [Co Reg No. 1407240-U / PM (1) 0080] was incorporated in February 2021 and comprises a team of capable, well-trained and experienced personnel with extensive experience in the Property and Facility Management industry.
The Company is certified and registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVEAP) bearing the registration no. PM(1)0080. The practise of Property Management will be strictly based on the Malaysian Property Management Standards.
The company also registered with CIDB as a qualified F01 Facility Management company. The company also an active member of Malaysian Institute of Property & Facility Management (MIPFM) and also running an Integrated Property Management & Facility Management Contract.
